Q: What determines the cost of shipping

A: Shipping costs are determined based upon the cost of an order. Please see the help page.

Q: How long does an order take to be shipped

A: Orders are shipped the same business day that they are placed (if order placed before 4:00pm CST), if all items are in stock. If items are not in stock, the order will be shipped after the items are in stock.
